Livin life

Everything is about lifestyle these days

Are you a socialite?
Are you hip hop?
Are you a rocker?
Are you a technology freak?
Are you a footballer/football crazy fan?
Are you the mathematical nerd?
Are you the computer geek?
Are you the street racer type?
Are you a the clubing type?
Are you a model?

Are you disappointed with who you are?

So, what does it mean to live life to its fullest?
To live to everything we were meant live...

Continuation of desperation...

"How utterly dependent we are on the Holy Spirit in the work of preaching! All genuine preaching is rooted in a feeling of DESPERATION."
John Piper

How does one become desperate?
When what he really needs/wants/desires inside is not satisfied from the outside.

Desperation is about asking of/begging/pleading to God to move despite the statistics that show an impossible world - one thought as beyond redemption.

Personally, desperation is about letting go everything that holds no real deal and getting the real deal, despite majority getting the fake.

Is it worth it all?

My personal life the last few months have been revolving around the question "Is it worth it all?".

Sometimes, you have a goal, a desire you want to achieve. But to reach it, it takes the sacrifice of almost everything else, even to the point of social rejection.

But I'm beggining to experience glimpses of the possible end result, now I know "IT IS worth it all".

Appreciation to my cousin...

When I was young, people told me I should always be appreciative and be an encouragement. So here it goes.

Eunice Lim,
Haih, haha. Let's start from Sunday School.
Thank you for being my friend.... and victim in the "anti girls movement?" I'm sure you still remember me and brian calling you intruder an children's camp.

Pre-teens -  thanks for helping me fit into youth in the beggining stages when I knew no one and just came back to penang from Prai.

Teens - thanks for being a friend. Chattin' partner during Chinese New Year, a great support in my ministry in youth esp. in worship, someone thats fun to talk to, fashion & style critic.

You've always been jovial even when times are discouraging for me. You always told me that one day my dreams of big youth rallies with thousands of youth worshipping God will come through. Few people make such a statement. That few words mean much too me.

Btw, I remember some time back when you weren't too satisfied with ur appearance (meaning "shape". When I look at you and ur pictures 2 years ago I can go (imitating a girl) "Oh my gosh, you look so much better now". Haha, and honestly you really do. Go to a western country and you'll be HOT. Asians are too damn thin.... Haha

Anyway, I pray that you will have a great time in KL, discovering new things, deepening your relationship with God, having great fun, meeting new ppl etc. I'm sure God will grant your heart's desire. You will have a Godly, loving, ROMANTIC, cool husband. And I'm sure you will be singing in front of large crowds one day too.

God bless...

Judson
